Your first visit will begin with a detailed consultation to discuss your health history and goals. This is followed by an initial therapy session, which will be chosen based on the preliminary assessment. You should expect the first visit to last slightly longer than subsequent sessions due to the initial discussion and setup.
Most therapy sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes. However, the duration can vary based on the therapy type and your specific treatment plan. Details will be discussed during your initial consultation and adjusted as needed throughout your therapy journey.
Some insurance plans cover some of our therapies. We recommend contacting us to understand your coverage details. Our clinic can provide necessary documentation to assist with insurance claims where applicable.
The number of sessions varies widely depending on the individual’s condition and goals. Some clients experience significant improvement within just a few sessions, while others may need a longer period to achieve their desired outcomes. We tailor our treatment plans to each individual, continually assessing progress and adjusting as needed.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and arriving a few minutes early to relax and get acclimated to the environment. It’s also helpful to come prepared to discuss any changes in your health or wellness since your last visit.
If you have to cancel your appointment, we ask you to do so within 2 working days - but at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel at short notice or do not show up, we will charge you the full amount for the session.
